Hello, my name is Simone. I am pleased to offer accommodation to female college students, who will studying in Malta. I am a born again Christian and the students that can apply must be a practicing evangelical Christian. Some house rules to keep order at home would be responsibility regard cleaning:- The bedroom should be cleaned once a week that means the dusting of the furniture, the washing of the linen (bed sheets) and  the washing of the floor, and cleaning of the trash bin.  Regard the bathroom, no hair or dirt left either in the bath or toilet or sink. Help is needed in changing the plastic bag in the toilet waist bin, (toilet is thrown in a bin not directly in the toilet). In the kitchen:- dirty plates and pots should get washed either immediately after cooking or the most left for the morning. Bench should be wiped clean after eating include table. Cleaning of the rubbish bin by changing the plastic bag My responsibility:- Cleaning of the common area once a week and just the same points mentioned above. The fee: Every month the fee would be 295 euro per person including electricity and water service. The fee include the hiring of the room: it can be either twin or triple room,( other students can be in the same room), the bed sheets, kitchen, (fridge, cupboard, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc) living room and bathroom, towels and the use of the washing machine  and also the use of computer and internet. If any person come less than a month the fee would be of 130 euro a week, including all the above. For two person booking together (females or married), the price will be discounted to 500 euro.
