We have every opportunity to meet together for our services. We encourage you to log on to our online prayer meetings, Bible studies, and Sunday worship service. Soon, we will also meet for Bible reading. Sometimes we wonder how in times like these, some of our fellowship turn up late or never turn up at all. The Scripture says that this is a bad habit! In verse 24, we find, “Let us consider and stir up…” “Stir up” is from the Greek that means “to provoke, incite, motivate and the like. The point is, we are to strongly encourage each other, especially those that give up on meeting.

13 For this reason the one who speaks in a tongue should pray that they may interpret what they say. 14 For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful. 15 So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my understanding; I will sing with my spirit, but I will also sing with my understanding 1 Corinthians 14:13-15

PRAYING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION It's resurrection day, and we should rejoice. Not only for our salvation but because of only One was able to save us. For young children, it is difficult to understand and appreciate what the true meaning of Resurrection Day is. We should pray that as our children look forward to the chocolate eggs and all that the Day brings with it. They look forward to receiving Christ as the one sent with a surprise, which is surprisingly free. Happy Insurrection Day!
image of God, we have no better example than Christ, the living embodiment of God’s love. In His omniscience, God knew what marriage would take. Through His sacrifice, He showed us that our love for each other and even for Him wasn’t enough. We needed His love. We need Him. For the couple, the Day reflects the couple’s commitment to love unconditionally, a time of forgiveness of past hurts, and a time for a new Life in Christ. This can be done in the power of His resurrection.

WOL Marriage Devotion
This time of year, we reflect quite a bit on the resurrection story—the story of Christ’s betrayal, His sacrifice, His death, and ultimately, the Resurrection that changed the course of history and mankind’s relationship with our Creator. But what does this have to do with marriage? More than you might think. If our marriage is meant to reflect the
Reflection: The power of God’s resurrection is based on his suffering and His cross. Are you willing to suffer and pay the price for peace in your marriage?
