WOL DEVOTION

Rom. 1:18–32 The gospel gains urgency in the light of God’s verdict on humanity. Transgression gives rise to divine wrath (v. 18). Examples of transgression are ingratitude (v. 21) and idolatry (v. 23). Homosexual behavior is also depicted as odious in God’s sight (vv. 26–27). None of us is innocent of a number of the sins described (see vv. 28–31). Even if we do not practice every sinful deed found here, we may secretly approve and even envy when others cross God’s moral boundaries. We thereby fail to love God (because we break his commandments) and to love our neighbor (because we support our neighbors in their folly). The outcome is judgment. Romans 1:18

KNOWING THE BIBLE

A short message to ponder on… As a parent of little children, I noticed that since Covid 19 started and our children were kept off schools, they didn't get sick that much. As all parents know our children get sick frequently when school starts... But what about the worse in this.... As our doctors already said, our children's immune system got weakened too... Can we look at this from the spiritual side? Are we too pray for stronger spiritual antibodies for all our children... For a cure for our youths in the church that got infected and their body does not fight the worldly virus anymore. Blessings.

Since the ministry work doubled…because we have two services, we believe it is an opportunity for you to apply what we have learned. In the last months, we learned about the spiritual gifts that we have and how we can use them in the church. In this way, we will use a negative experience and turn it into a positive one as we will be glorifying God and build up each other.
