WOL DEVOTION
Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness Romans 8:9-10

PRAYING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION Maradona is dead and the fans stood still. Young children who like football know quite a lot about this football player, more than people like me that I lived in the era of his golden years on earth. How can we relate this kind of idolatry and teach our children from this momentum? Are our children influenced by who the people are and what they do and what they achieved in life? We need to pray so that our children see who they want to follow and who their Idol should be. In Jesus Name…let us wholeheartedly pray…
A man who lives at peace suspects no one. But a man who is tense and agitated by evil is troubled with all kinds of suspicions; he is never at peace with himself, nor does he permit others to be at peace.

WOL Marriage Devotion
THE HARMONIOUS MARRIAGE
Let JOY fill the FABRIC of your marriage! The ancient sage pointed out that “A happy heart makes a happy face…” Prov. 15:13. Today’s marriages are threatened with overwhelming busyness and with the quest for material acquisition. However, this is causing more harm than good. This level of stress can cause many heartaches, which crushes the peace and joy of the couple. Even in times of struggles and pain, wise couples choose to make
it a priority to let the joy of the Lord fill their heart. They’ve learned that they won’t always “feel” happy, but they can still have a joy that transcends the circumstances. Choosing the joy of the presence of the Lord does not negate life’s difficulties. Instead, it’s a faith-filled declaration that “We will get through this! Nothing can steal our joy. Because of Christ, all our pain is temporary, and all our joy will be eternal!” Question for reflection: Do you allow the joy of the Lord to be your strength in times of marital trouble?
“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!” Philippians 4:4
