Gems in the book of Romans
Abraham is not just a character in an ancient story: he carries world-changing authority for us too. As Abraham received a righteous standing through faith, so do we—not because of Abraham’s greatness but because of “him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord” (v. 24). Faith in him who died and rose results in “justification” (v. 25). This means God accounts Christ’s righteousness to us who entrust our lives to him. His resurrection life is the evidence that He cleansed from our sin and endued us with the power of life-giving holiness.) He wants us to have this life not in the next, but right now! (Chapter 5 will make this clear). However, v. 25 states an important response of Abraham, “He gave glory to God.” This is the whole point of life. This great man recognized that his life and its purpose had one goal. That is to give glory to God. What about you? Are you a child of Abraham concerning faith? If yes, then you are now a child of God through Jesus Christ. Let your faithful obedience grow and do not be swerve you.
“No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God”Romans 4:20
A short message to ponder on…Does the word sanitiser sound new to you? Certainly not, as it's the word of the century...To be sanitised means to be germs free, microbes removed, made clean..Can we look to it from a spiritual eye? Can we pray it over our children to be sanitised in our homes and wherever they go? To be clean and blameless.. can we help them to achieve this through prayer and show them how to spend time in the Word of God? God help us...
KNOWING THE BIBLE
It is vanity to seek after, and to trust in, the riches that shall perish. It is vanity, too, to covet honors, and to lift up ourselves on high. It is vanity to follow the desires of the flesh and be led by them, for this shall bring misery at the last. It is vanity to desire a long life, and to have little care for a good life. It is vanity to take thought only for the life which now is, and not to look forward to the things which shall be hereafter. It is vanity to love that which quickly passes away, and not to hasten where eternal joy abides.
Vanity of vanities, says the Preacher, vanity of vanities! All is vanity. Ecclesiastes 1:2

WOL Marriage Devotion
God created mankind in a pair of a male and female, husband, and wife. Marriage is not a solo; it is a duet. In music, a duet, like two people singing together, but with different notes, complement each other. The timing is essential because it keeps the singers synchronized—the same in marriage. The husband and wife are playing the same song, uniting as one single unit. Tragically, most people don’t know what true oneness is. Oneness doesn’t mean sameness. Biblically and in this context, oneness is in mind, spirit, and body. However, the most important is being one in Christ. Oneness also refers to working together toward the same goal. Couples working together toward the same objectives will have to merge their
abilities. This can be done through meaningful communication, cooperation, and using one’s strength to benefit the other. However, they must also learn to overlook and help to overcome the spouse’s weaknesses. Spouses are partners. The stronger they are together, the stronger they will be as individuals. This not only requires time; it requires an authentic commitment. Marriage makes two individuals even stronger as one. The Bible identifies this concept and explains it clearly: Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Of course, the third cord is Christ!
