capture what's on your mind The fruit of the Spirit is something our kids do not yet understand. We all hope someday They will. On the contrary, our kids are born innocent, and as Jesus said, theirs is the kingdom of heaven. However, their environment will soon challenge their innocence. We, their parents, are the first environment press the children encounter. This is why the Bible commands us, parents, to be their primary-godly example, at home, during dinner time, outside, all the time (Deut. 6:1-3). In fact, this passage also reveals that such a lifestyle contributes to a productive lifestyle. Therefore, the question is: are we parents providing this environment to lead them on the right path and help them not stumble in anything? It is our responsibility to pray that as a growing church craving the fruit of the Spirit, our children also crave to grow healthier and closer to God as we teach them holy-godly living and the fear of God.
