WOL DEVOTIONAL POEM
If against the Lord you sinYou’re a loser, you can’t winFor his kingdom you’re in doubtIn His words, you are sold outYears go by and you get worseMoving only in reverseTill the Lord you then will seekAll encouraged, no more weakTo King Jabin Jews were soldBut Deborah was quite boldAnd the war could not avoidIn the end Jabin destroyedBarak and Deborah movedBy the Lord both were approvedIn obedience full of hopePulled together the same rope
Deborah got her wake up callIn obedience did not stallLikewise Barak rose to fightAgainst all opposing mightTo both of them the Lord saysHe’s to move in real big ways Deborah their mother wasTo free Israel the causeWorshiping was her strongholdWhile as judge as fine as goldWas wide open to God’s voiceValued always the best choiceLike them both move through His callSo do rise and do not fallWorship Him and fight His foesFollow Him to where He goes

What is going to happen?Have we ever heard this question from our children? Many times children ask what's going to happen, but have we ever thought why they ask such a question frequently? I would say, in certain situations or circumstances…the curiosity or anxiousness will effect children as well. Therefore anxiety, fear, curiosity, uncertainty, joy and different experiences like adventures etc… do make them inquisitive. Our hope and prayers are that the time invested in them together with the church…they will seek God in their walk in life and in their answers. We can start or continue praying on the matter and never cease, as today's generation is never satisfied, and not patient to trust the unseen God. Our hope is in God alone to minister in their hearts, the way they understand.
The doctrine of “the rapture” is one of the most sought teachings in the church. By nature, people are curious about the mystic and the future. Both are present in the doctrinal event. What actually happens when those who are alive and Jesus returns? In these verses, we see several key words,/phrases and two of them are: “we who are left” and “caught up.” Therefore, Paul is thinking of those people who will be alive when Jesus returns and how He will take them to be with Him forever. Although some of us want to get into the minute details and theological debates, the point is: Jesus is coming back for those who are His. Therefore, the essence of this teaching is that Jesus is coming to raise those who died in Him and for those who are still alive. Both categories will appear before the throne of rewards and be awarded according to their faithfulness of Christ. Therefore, let us then think about this event and pray, “Come Lord Jesus, Come.”
