We now implore God the Holy GhostFor the true faith, which we need the most,That in our last moments He may befriend usAnd, as homeward we journey, attend us.Lord, have mercy!Shine in our hearts, O most precious Light,That we Jesus Christ may know aright,Clinging to our Savior, Whose blood hath bought us,Who again to our homeland hath brought us.Lord, have mercy!
Thou sacred Love, grace on us bestow,Set our hearts with heav'nly fire aglowThat with hearts united we love each other,Of one mind, in peace with every brother.Lord, have mercy!Thou highest Comfort in every need,Grant that neither shame nor death we heed,That e'en then our courage may never fail usWhen the foe shall accuse and assail us.Lord, have mercy!

1 THESS 4:2-3
Paul reminds the Thessalonians about the instructions that he gave them through the Lord Jesus Christ. The term “instructions” is the word paraggelia, which means commandment. It was used when an army commander orders his soldiers to do a particular task. Paul is referring to a specific paraggelia which he refers to as “sanctification.” Although the church was an excellent example to many, some members were still struggling with sexual immorality. The commandment of God for sexual restraint is weaved throughout the Holy Scripture. The Bible is the water that washes away the filth of the mind. It has well been said that doctrine tells us what is right,reproof tells us what is not right, correction tells us how to get right, and instruction tells us how to stay right. Therefore, let us be right and take head of Paul’s paraggelia!
For you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus. For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality;
Like all parents we have instances when we need our children to shut up from what they are saying and listen to what we have to say. Alike all children, our church's children have busy lives with school, sports, activities and other things we involve them in. But as from a spiritual point of view. Do they ever stop from what they are doing to listen what God has to say or show them?
Let us pray that from young age our children learn to master their real needs in life. With Christ being the centre piece.

But the ultimate reason to work toward unity is that it shows the world God’s love.Marriage is meant to be so much more than just physical union and the merger of households and finances — and reasons go well beyond happiness and contentment for the couple.In John 17, Jesus is praying for the unity of all believers, but unity between spouses is critical to a successful marriage, too. And the point of the prayer, the ultimate effect of unity among believers (and between a wife and husband) is “so that the world may know that [God] sent [Jesus] and loved [believers] even as [God] loved [Jesus]” John 17:23. Obviously Jesus wasn’t talking about physical unity, He was asking for spiritual unity among believers.Spiritual unity isn’t about giving up your identities and individuality. Rather, spiritual unity means that both of
“The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me”
