Praying for the next generation
DANGEROUS GAMESCan anyone recall a time when his/her children did something childish, which put them in great danger? Everyone knows how inquisitive and innocent they are…not foreseeing danger. Can you remember the shock they put you through? The relief you felt when the instance was over? Our children are being brought up in a world with all that it offers. Often we see them around harmful things, or putting themselves in danger (like climbing a ladder, jumping on a chair etc…). Short clips on you tube, without supervision can expose them to drugs or bad influence as they are growing up....After seeing that we are being responsible parents, and doing our best to protect them, then the only relief comes when we pray and let God do His way.... that what they see and hear… once is sown…it will bear its fruit. So let's pray collectively with one mind and with one accord. Blessings.

WOLMarriage Devotion
We can easily become negative people in life unless we are careful what we allow our minds to think about. However, some people seem to enjoy themselves thinking of negative things, including their spouse. Some people seem to have dedicated themselves to find all the negativeness in their spouses’ behavior. For example, if the wife says or does something, the husband is prone to think that she did or said the particular issue on purpose to hurt or oppose him. If this kind of thinking goes on long enough, it will become the norm. Deep down, without realizing, the husband would be conditioning himself that his wife doesn’t care and/or has no love for him.If we keep in mind that we are not perfect, we may understand that our spouse is not perfect either. And as much as we wish that our mistakes and imperfections are excused, we are not
tolerant toward others, especially our spouse. It is a matter of what we seek for in our life-long partner.Proverbs 11:27 sheds light regarding our “seeking.” When we think negatively about someone, there is an 80% we are wrong. Therefore, when we find ourselves thinking negatively, we need to check ourselves and control our thoughts and look at the positive, or else we will experience the negative outcome of our thinking. Consequently, let us seek good in our spouse and not let the enemy steal from us the joy that a happy marriage can bring us. As believers, we should think of what is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, of excellence, and anything worthy of praise (Phil. 4:8).
Whoever diligently seeks good seeks favor, but evil comes to him who searches for it. Proverbs 11:27
